Only those with a valid driver`s license are allowed to drive a golf cart ALONE. However, if the driver is at least 12 years of age and is accompanied by an adult holding a licence who is 18 years of age or older, he is authorized to drive the golf cart. EXCEPTION: If the driver is 15 years old and has a licence, he or she may drive the golf cart on his or her own. If the child is accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age with a driver`s license, he or she may also drive the car. Motorized carts, including golf carts, can be driven on roads from Georgia to Georgia.
