Accommodation at the hostel is entirely at the discretion of the Principal and provided that the student agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the hostel. The Chief Supervisor may refuse to accommodate the hostel without giving a reason or expel a resident from the residence at any time for disciplinary reasons. Students may be asked to leave their rooms on short notice for disciplinary reasons. It may also happen that students have to change accommodation on short notice for administrative reasons. The tavern management reserves the right to open rooms that have not become vacant, to pack and store the contents. No claim of breakage or loss will be taken into account. Residents who return late to their hostels will be subject to a fine. HOI and parents of these residents will be notified. Repeat offenders must submit to the discipline committee and, in extreme cases, even leave the dormitory.

Any damage to the hostel property will be compensated by the residents who are responsible for such damage. These include retraction of nails, degradation of walls, damage to accessories and furniture. In addition to disciplinary measures, a fine will also be imposed. If a resident becomes ill, they or their roommates or friends must immediately inform the supervisor or service person, arrange to transfer or evacuate the student to the hospital and take care of the student. All cases of illness should be reported immediately to the doctor, in case of patent/emergency for the necessary treatment. If a resident is unable to leave the room and go to the hospital, the matter must be reported to the Assistant Supervisor. Information about residents who become ill or are hospitalized should be provided to the nursing home or college authorities as a matter of priority. Residents are not allowed to own motor vehicles of any kind.

Management assumes no responsibility for the vehicles. Parking of two-wheelers in the corridors of the hostel and under the gantries is strictly prohibited. Harassment in any form is prohibited inside and outside campus. Strict measures are taken against those who indulge in rags. The suspension and/or resignation of the hostel/college is one of the measures that will be taken immediately. The penalty for tearing under the Karnataka Education Act 1983 can be up to one year in prison. The Supreme Court has also defined harassment as a criminal offence.
